A dynamic trailblazer in the Human Capital Space, David has been building and selling successful companies for over two decades. A pioneer in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry, David is responsible for founding TalentFusion, which recently sold to Monster/Randstad. David’s been instrumental in numerous executive level roles and spearheaded the global recruitment efforts at Keane, resulting in growth from $300M to $1.2B in just three years. Excelling in C-Level sales opportunities and investments, David is a seasoned veteran with a proven track record in EPS growth. David is charged with increasing shareholder value at PHR driving the team to provide meaningful data analytics and reports that enable precise strategic decisions on behalf of PredictiveHR client’s most valuable and expensive asset, their people.
Jamie is PredictiveHR’s founder, CEO, and trusted leader. He is fierce, loyal and incredibly humble. Jamie noticed-year after year, job after job - an industry wide HR data problem and attacked it with a clear vision and talented team. With 20 years experience under his belt, Jamie launched PredictiveHR in 2016; combining HR domain expertise, cutting edge technology and extreme business acumen. Jamie’s success with Fortune 500 company, Monster Worldwide and innovative technology companies, Altisource and Novo Nordisk A/S were pivotal in grooming Jamie to lead. With rich reporting, visualization capabilities data analysis & interpretation, PredictiveHR distinguishes itself with consulting services and a dynamic HR Analytics Solution platform that is unmatched in the HR arena. In two short years, PHR has tripled in size and is on target to triple again in 2019.
Charlie is an enterprise data architect and technology genius. With over 20 years of proven leadership aligning creative, progressive technology with aggressive client goals, Charlie is a prolific creative problem solver. The more challenging the problem, the more driven and innovative Charlie becomes. Charlie came to PredictiveHR with an impressive resume designing Centralized Data Repositories for Oracle’s Cloud Services Division and Enterprise Data Systems to support 50,000 early education children at SemanticClarity. Charlie loves being on an executive team that predicts and motivates human behavior. His industry leading experience crafting artificial intelligence solutions is not only a valuable asset; but what sets PredictiveHR’s software and service solutions apart from its competitors.

With more than 20 years of progressive recruitment services experience across numerous vertical markets and disciplines, Jeanne is an HR innovator. Jeanne has a confidence that not only allows herself to succeed, but her partners and her clients as well. With an extended knowledge of HR, the recruitment process and the systems experience, Jeanne knows how to motivate and get things done. As one of just a few female NASDAQ traders at the start of her career, Jeanne learned to work hard and to never take no for an answer. From the trading desk into an industry she grew to love; Recruitment at Boston Networking Group, Monster Worldwide and Argosight, Jeanne came to PredictiveHR energized to change the HR industry for the better. Scott has been instrumental in developing numerous human resource teams at Fortune 500 companies such as Monster Worldwide and GE. He designed and implemented sustainable talent programs and processes that drove talent engagement and surpassed strategic business goals at Boston powerhouses like Keane, Biogen and Altisource. Scott proudly joined PredictiveHR with the important goal of changing the role of HR and Talent Management industry wide.
John is a smart, hands-on technical director with experience for two decades delivering knowledge driven technology solutions. He has specialized in content management, e-commerce, semantic, and mobile development for industry leaders like Acquity (now Accenture) working on high profile projects for Coca Cola, General Motors and Allstate. John delivers in all phases of the software development life-cycle from scoping projects, defining architectures, leading development efforts and introducing new solutions. John is a technology pioneer who is solutions oriented and thrives on solving tough problems creatively. He takes new ideas and brings them to life in a unique way. John’s out of the box thinking and technology backed solutions continue to be critical to PredictiveHR’s success.
